Several items on the second row work are inter-related but can also work independently of one another.  The first item is a checkbox related to the second item which is not labeled in the box but which is a ''Start Time'' function.

The ''Start Time'' should be made to be adjustable by clicking directly on it and then making changes to the hours, minutes or seconds.  (This part of the demo is non-functional and merely illustrates where the ''Start Time'' box should be located.)

The ''Start Time'' box and its checkbox are the first two items on the second row.  (There is no room to label it -- so remember, this is the ''Start Time'' box.)
