As on row two several items on the third row are inter-related yet can also work independently of the others.  The first item on row three is a checkbox related to the next item on the row which is not labeled but which is an ''End Time'' function.

Like the ''Start Time,'' the ''End Time'' should be made to be adjustable by clicking directly on it and then making changes to the hours, minutes or seconds.  (This part of the demo is non-functional and the graphic here merely illustrates where the ''End Time'' box and it's checkbox should be located.)

The ''End Time'' box and its checkbox are the first two items on the third row.  (There is no room to label it -- so remember, this is the ''End Time'' box for the ending time of the program (not the world).)
