Tornadoes Did Not Stop Brethren From Attending Funeral of Sara Collins

The funeral memorial for Sara Collins was held in Birmingham, Alabama, last Friday night (15-April-2011) amid avid tornado activity that killed 43 persons in the South. The weather calmed shortly after the proceedings started -- and the several dozen brethren who attended had to commence their drive during one of the worst parts of the storm.
Sara's husband of 47 years, minister Rober Collins, asked Stephen Gilbreath to conduct the memorial service. Stephen said for such a service it's best to simply follow the AC-COG ministerial handbook.

Victor Zager who lives in Reseda, California, was hospitalized for four days following a mild stroke. His memory is on low ebb but he is otherwise better.
