Minister Robert Collins Home - But Wife Ordered to Nursing Home

On Thursday 3-Feb-2011 Robert Collins received notice in the mail that the hospital M.D. and the local Shelby County Social Worker office had filed a petition in State Court to keep his wife, Sara Collins, from being released to her home with her husband in Alabaster, Alabama.
One of the problems in this is a circular one. The medical people allege that Mrs. Collins is not mentally competent. Yet they only come in to test her competence after shooting her full of mind-blocking tranquilizers. Deja-vu: ''One Flew Over the Coo-Coo's Nest.''
