On Tuesday 8-Feb-2011 Robert Collins appeared in Alabama State Court to oppose a petition filed by the Alabama Department of Human Resources (ADHR). If successful the ADHR would have placed Sara Collins under (1) a Conservator and (2) a Guardian and (3) a Guardian-Ad-Litem (GAL) and (4) a Protective Placement Order to put his wife into state protective custody (without full explanation of what that is to mean).
