Minister's Wife Detained -- New Court Hearing Set for 15-March

As of Prep day 25-Feb-2011 the wife of minister Robert Collins is still being held under a court order secured by the Alabama Department of Human Resources (ADHR) to a county-owned hospital for further prescription drug reduction.
A court hearing has been resheduled for 15-March-2011 to determine whether the State of Alabama will place Mrs. Collins under a Conservator and Guardian. Yes, this is a going back on the ADHR's word that they would drop the provision for a Conservator/Guardian.

Ann was one of the original Modesto congregation members -- baptized in the early 1960's. Her ''friendly and kind manner'' and ''zeal for service and good works'' among the brethren will be missed until the First Resurrection.
Ann Gazulis, 90, (born Nov 1920 in Richmond, Virginia) died 10-February- 2011 at the Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehab in Modesto.
