Below is a copy of the Eye Marker icon:
Between the 1st and 2nd row toward the right side of the TP Playlist you will find the Eye-Line Marker icon.

A TP Screen Eye-Line Marker can be set on the left or the right side of the talent monitor screen screen or on both sides and the opacity can be adjusted by clicking the Eye Marker icon (which will open a settings window for __ Left, ___ Right, ___ Both ___None and Opacity.  Make vertical their position dragable on the screen.
