Below is a copy of the Start Scroll icon:
On the left side of the 3rd row is a Green Triangular Arrow
that toggles scroll on or off.

<F12> also toggles scroll on or off.

And in conjunction with other features the <F1> key will STOP (and only stop, not start) the TP scrolling when <F1> is pressed (which also starts the active video to playing and ''takes'' the Media full shot). 
Similarly, <F2> will START the TP scrolling (while at the same time is switch the shot back to Studio Cam shot) [and the <F2> function can be made to activate at the EOM].
